Upcoming Transition to Fully Managed IT Services – Effective 1/1/2027
I wanted to personally reach out to share an important update regarding our Bronze or Per Device Support Plan and the direction of our services at The Miller Group.
Your current plan has provided foundational computer baselines, including computer security / monitoring, IT documentation, basic patching and updating, and a dedicated account manager. Support under this plan has been reactive—initiated as noticed by your team and billed at it's own hourly rate.
Over time, we’ve found that this model can create gaps in operational maturity and risk reduction, introduce ambiguity around whether important system‑ and security‑generated alerts should be remediated without approval, unpredictable invoice amounts, and reduce long‑term reliability—particularly as organizations scale, security expectations increase, and the complexity of managing IT continues to expand, accelerated further by the introduction of AI.
Because of this, we are transitioning away from limited, reactive support plans and moving toward a fully managed IT services model—one that is designed to:
- Improve operational maturity through proactive, standardized management
- Reduce risk across security, compliance, and availability
- Provide peace of mind knowing your entire IT environment is being managed comprehensively
- Optimize your spending and consumption of IT solutions that power your team and ensure you aren’t paying more than you should
- Utilize the future of AI with efficiency solutions and proper data security
To ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition, the Bronze or Per Device Support Plan will remain available through December 31, 2026. After that date, this plan will be retired, and we’ll work with you to move into a fully managed IT services model that better aligns with today’s operational and security needs.
