Overview:
West County Medical Specialists became an MSP client in 2016. We also serviced a backup and recovery plan. These services became crucial to their business when a file had been lost. “Our scheduling system had lost a file that is integral to our everyday function and it essentially shut operations down. Miller Group was able to work with our outside vendor to find the file and re-establish our system back to working order without data loss.”
