COVID-19 Update

The health and well being of our employees and our client’s employees is our first priority. Providing prompt, expert support is a close second. We are closely monitoring the recommendations and restrictions by our local, state and federal government on a daily basis.

Starting today, March 23, 2020, Saint Louis County (where we are based) has enacted a Stay At Home order for the county until April 30th at midnight.

The Miller Group does qualify as an essential business under the order as we provide and support IT communications for other essential businesses.


Based on the order we will be making the following adjustments to our service delivery :

  • We will no longer be providing support onsite with the exception of service calls that are critical in nature to our clients that are health care providers, police and fire departments and convenience stores.
  • Our office will remain open and operated by a skeleton crew.
  • Computer drop-offs and pickups will be made in our lobby using a no-contact approach.
