My new Dell laptop has had nothing but problems including this past very difficult to fix issue. Greg worked on it for hours, then the following day Luke came over and worked on it for hours, then took it back to the office and reworked the entire system, and now its working. The next day, another problem occurred and Andrew fixed it quickly.
