ABOUT
Joe started as a service technician at The Miller Group in 1998. He was promoted to Service Manager in 2003 and CEO of The Miller Group in 2011 after Mike Miller’s passing. He served as CEO until passing the torch to Mike's son, Brandon Miller in 2023. He now serves as CIO and as a senior advisor to the leadership team.

As CIO and Senior Advisor, Joe Svoboda has executive responsibility for the overall strategic direction for The Miller Group. He brings over 30 years of IT experience —leveraging a process development and automation ideology to the business. His expertise includes operational efficiency improvement, telecommunications, information security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
