SMS Policy

  • SMS services are provided by The Miller Group to facilitate communication between our clients and our Managed Service Provider (MSP) support team for technical assistance, updates, and notifications related to their IT infrastructure and services.

 

2. Consent:

  • By providing your mobile phone number to The Miller Group , you consent to receive text messages from us for the purpose of delivering MSP support services, including but not limited to technical assistance, system updates, and service notifications.

 

3. Opt-In:

  • Clients may opt-in to receive SMS messages from The Miller Group by providing their mobile phone number and explicitly agreeing to receive communications during the onboarding process or by contacting our support team directly to request SMS communication.

 

4. Opt-Out:

  • Clients have the right to opt-out of receiving SMS messages from The Miller Group at any time. To do so, they can reply to any text message from us with the word “STOP” or contact our support team. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will promptly cease all SMS communications to the provided mobile phone number.

 

5. Frequency:

  • We understand the importance of minimizing disruption to our clients and will limit the frequency of SMS messages to essential communications, such as critical system updates or urgent support requests.

 

6. Privacy:

  • The Miller Group respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to protecting their personal information. We will not share clients’ mobile phone numbers or any other personal data with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of our services. 7. Message Content:

  • The Miller Group will ensure that all SMS messages sent to clients are relevant, accurate, and related to their MSP support services. This may include notifications about system maintenance, security alerts, service disruptions, or other technical updates.

 

8. Liability:

  • The Miller Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of SMS services, including but not limited to delays, interruptions, or errors in message delivery, except as required by law.

 

9. Changes to Policy:

  • The Miller Group reserves the right to modify or update this SMS policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through other appropriate channels.
