New Office Location
Our client, a St. Louis Law Firm, had outgrown their office’s capacity and requested The Miller Group to assist them with moving to their new office location. We took this time to review their existing network equipment and made recommendations to replace their network equipment during the office move. This suggestion was to utilize the timing of their office move, while increasing the security and performance of their network.
The Problem
This St. Louis Law Firm is expanding to a new office location and needs to ensure the new location has the same networking setup as their current one.
The Solution
We started with our project discovery phase, where we walked through the new office suite and coordinating with their internet service provider to ensure the best path to execute this project. Next, we developed a project plan to set up and configure new networking hardware for the new location, ensuring it works the same as in the current office. Since the new location already has sufficient wiring infrastructure, no additional runs were necessary.
The Result
The new office will have a fully functional network, matching the existing setup without the need for additional wiring, allowing our client to seamlessly transition to the new location. In our project follow-up survey, our client gave The Miller Group 5/5 with the feedback of, “Michelle and Luke were phenomenal to work with, we truly valued their commitment to getting our new office up and running in a timely manner.
