The Problem

A local plumbing company currently uses Google for email and related services, and their Microsoft 365 Family account setup limits users from accessing the full suite of business features and tools. There is a need for a more robust, secure, and scalable solution for email, file storage, and productivity tools.

The Solution

The Miller Group will migrate all users and their domain from Google to Microsoft 365 using a migration tool to sync mailboxes. Once the email cutover is complete, The Miller Group will provide onsite support to help users set up their Microsoft 365 accounts. Backupify will be implemented to protect all Microsoft 365 data. Additionally, data from the plumbing company’s existing Microsoft 365 Family account will be moved to individual OneDrive accounts, and users will be provided with the full Microsoft Office Suite for installation on their devices
