Levi was very helpful with a couple of simple fixes to make sure the issue was resolved. Levi is one of your best employees. I am always relieved to see that my ticket has been assigned to him. Levi is very knowledgeable and great at breaking down WHY he thinks the problem might be happening, and doing so in terms that anyone can understand. He is also great at explaining what to try if the issue occurs again (if it’s a simple fix). As always he always lets you know you can give him a call back if the issue occurs again.
